Prior to establishing VGH, Bikas held key operational and management roles with India's premier luxury hotel brands, including **The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts**, **The Oberoi Group**, and **Hyatt Hotels Corporation**.
This tenure across top-tier hospitality operations shaped the rigorous service-level agreements (SLAs), detailed vendor vetting protocols, and relational focus that distinguish Vivid Global today.
